UPDATE OCTOBER 16th:
We have lifted the 1 lunch activity per child – if your child was on the reserve list for Chess or Hip Hop or Mad Science on Thursday, you may now go ahead and register your child for their second choice.
ALSO, Mad Science ‘Brickology’ on Thursdays now accepts GRADE 3 students! If your grade 3 wants to play with LEGO and learn engineering concepts, this activity is perfect for them! !!WE NEED at least 8 more students to run the activity – register today!

There is no paper registration. All registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis using the timestamp on your online ‘order’. You can view the offering of activities above. Once registration is open, simply click on a course name or its image to view details and register.
**Because space is so limited in the school at lunch, we request you limit each child to ONE LUNCH activity registration to allow as many children the opportunity to participate as possible. However, there is no restriction to registering the same child in both (1) Lunch AND After School activity(s).
You will have the opportunity to put your child(ren) on a ‘Reserve’ list for other lunch activities they may be interested in, and if there are still spots after registration has closed, you will be contacted to register and pay.
**Payment is via Credit Card or PayPal at time of registration OR e-transfer, with the exception of Karate – you will receive instructions to register and pay via their website after submitting your registration here on clearpointhands.ca.

or when all classes have filled up, whichever comes first!

E-transfer payment must be received by Friday, October 18th or your child’s spot will be released.
Registration is NOT guaranteed without a completed online registration and until payment is received. (this also applies to payments made to the activity providers directly) Paying online where possible at checkout is the best way to secure your child’s spot.

HOW TO REGISTER
- View the activities above and see what your child(ren) want.
- Click on the FIRST PICK activity you want to register your child in.
- Click on the ‘+’ next to the regular ticket and click Buy Tickets.
- Enter their full name in the Student Full Name field (required).
- Select their homeroom from the drop list (required).
- Click Add to Cart.
- You will be redirected to the cart. Click on the Back to Activities Registration button if you want to register for more.
**To allow as many children the opportunity to participate, please limit each child to ONE LUNCH activity registration. After school activities do not have the same restriction. - On the View Cart page when you are done adding activities – review the order and make sure the activities added are correct. Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Fill out all the required fields (if you already have an account, you will be prompted to log in). NEW: an account IS REQUIRED to register, guest checkout is no longer permitted. Having an account allows you to view past orders, and saves time entering your contact information each time. NOTE: we do not store any payment details (Credit card information) on our website, but we DO store your name, email and phone number in our database.
- Click on “Attendee Details” to ensure the homeroom and student name are entered correctly for each ticket. (and/or edit as necessary)
- Finally, select the payment method and enter the appropriate information before clicking on PLACE ORDER to complete the registration. Your child(ren) will not be in our system until the order has been placed. And if they are not in our system, they will not have a spot in the chosen activity. You will receive an automated email confirmation from the website when the order is placed. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS EMAIL WITHIN 10 MINUTES – double-check you completed the order and there were no errors. If you’re sure you completed the order but still do not receive the email, please contact our website administrator at info @ clearpointhands.ca.

Once a class is sold out, it will automatically no longer be available for registration. A new option will appear as ‘waitlist’ and you can be placed on the waitlist by adding it to your cart (there is no fee for this).
If payment is not received for the registered students by the deadline, the waitlist will be contacted in order of request.
If you selected e-transfer payment, be sure to follow the instructions on your order receipt right after you click Place Order on Checkout!
Payment must be received by Friday, October 18th or your child’s spot will be released.

NOTE: Payment for Karate is done through the Karate Sportif website AFTER you have registered your child(ren)’s name(s) and homeroom(s) on our website. You will not be considered registered until payment is made on their website. *NEW: there is a small ($3.75) processing fee charged at time of registration on this website. This fee is also applied to all other activities registrations and is mandatory.
