SUMMARY:Home & School AGM - Executive Elections
DESCRIPTION:In accordance with our bylaws we will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 6\, 2023 at 6:30pm at Clearpoint. \n\n\n\nClearpoint Elementary Home and School Association is always in need of volunteers to help with various positions associated with the administration of the association. Please read the list of Executive Officer Positions which are up for election this year HERE.  These roles are pivotal to the smooth running and continued success of H&S. \n\n\n\nSince 2006\, Home and School has played a major role  in our school\, our children\, and the community at large. If you feel you would like to help on the Executive Committee or know of a qualified candidate fill out the official nomination form HERE\, by June 5th\, 2023. You may nominate yourself or another.  All nominees will be contacted to ensure they accept the nomination to office. Nominations will be kept confidential until June 13th where they will be announced at our regular meeting. \n\n\n\nTo be eligible for nomination person(s) must be current members of the Association in good standing.  According to our bylaws 2 people may share an office.  So if you wish to run as co-officers (example co-Presidents\, co-Secretaries) please fill out 1 nomination form together. \n\n\n\nI look forward to seeing you on Tuesday\, June 6 at 6:30 pm in the Library of Clearpoint Elementary \n\n\n\nAngela DandyPresident\, Clearpoint Elementary H&S Assoc.
