It’s SO EASY to sign up for a 30-min volunteer spot! Click on the button above, then scroll down to find the time and activity you want to help with and click “Sign Up >>” for that activity. You’ll get an email confirmation of your choice.
We appreciate everyone stepping up – the more helpers we get, the more enjoyable the BBQ is for everyone.
We welcome all alumni, new students, and their families. It is a great way to have fun with family, friends, neighbours and staff. There will be delicious food, salads and desserts along with fun games and activities.
Menu: Hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, drinks and chips
We ask you to:
- Bring a salad or dessert for 10 people (please remember that our school is a peanut & nut free environment)
- Volunteer for 30 minutes
- Bring your own cutlery, plates, cups, napkins, lawn chairs and/or blanket
- Have fun!

Returning this year – Clearpoint’s Green Team Plant Sale
The kids of Clearpoint’s Green Team have been working diligently to prepare plants to sell at the BBQ on Friday, May 31st to raise funds to support Green Team initiatives.
The Green Team has been learning how to grow their own food. Almost all the plants we grow are edible including the flowers. What better way is there to create a love of veggies than grow it ourselves! We will have posters up showing you all about the various topics we cover and projects we are doing.We are asking a dollar donation for each plant. Please note that as the seedlings are a student project we cannot guarantee how well they will transplant but we have had great success so far from those we already transplanted this year. So please consider investing in our Green Team and purchase a plant for your garden or window sill!
